The Polka Dot Dolls

Friday 28th October saw The Polka Dot Dolls perform at the lovley Highcliffe Castle, joining the Royal British Legion to officially launch the 2011 Poppy Appeal in Dorset. 

Guests were invited to the iconic castle in Highcliffe and enjoyed afternoon tea whilst listening to 1940's classics from The Polka Dot Dolls.

'The event ended as darkness fell, the last post filled the air and Highcliffe Castle was illuminated with Poppies, a 30 second silence with projected images moved the audience and finishing with the Reveille, guests were touched by the projection that officially launched this years 2011 Dorset Poppy Appeal....'
